    When young, this plant is more globe shaped, but quickly develops long, whip-like branches and a more semi pyramidal shape with age. The long whip-like branches are eventually filled with very dense, tight, soft silvery blue foliage.

    A genuine oddity for the plant collector. This is best described as a slow-growing, weeping small tree with bizarrely contorted branches. It has all four seasons covered; red cones in spring, fuzzy foliage that turns yellow in fall and contorted branches for winter.
