Step 3: Someone from our sales office will call you to confirm your order, take payment and arrange shipping or pick up.
*** Green Value Nursery does not have a minimum order. However, deliveries outside of the Minneapolis/St. Paul area will have a minimum shipping charge of $110. This charge may be higher depending on your shipping location or the size of your order. We do not have a boxing system to ship smaller orders. Please keep this in mind when you place your order. The tab 'Shipping Information' at the bottom of this page will tell you more about our shipping costs and methods.***
All customers will be charged sales tax to comply with the Minnesota sales tax code. If your business is exempt you must submit a completed MN ST-3 Tax Exempt Form.
Payment: Green Value Nursery accepts cash, check, MasterCard, VISA and Discover Card. If you would like to establish credit, you may be eligible. Please fill out our Credit Form and send it in. The processing and approval of a new credit application may take up to 10 days.
Pricing: We have two price point categories within the perennials, deciduous and evergreen shrubs. The 1 to 9 price applies to a purchase of a variety in a quantity of 1 to 9 plants. The 10 + price applies to a purchase of one variety in a quantity of 10 or greater. The availability form shows only the 10+ price. If you want to order less than 10 of a variety, please refer to our catalog.
We accept all orders subject to crop conditions, and we reserve the right to cancel a portion or all of an order should injury befall our stock from weather conditions, insect and disease injury, or other causes beyond our control. We will be diligent in our efforts to maintain a true to name product, but will replace, at our option, any portion of the product that does not meet that standard, or refund the purchased price of said material. We will not be responsible for any other losses that may be incurred with this product. Plants are guaranteed to be alive and viable upon arrival. In April, some plants ship in a dormant state and may have no visible growth above the soil line. Due to a wide range of grower experience and nursery conditions we cannot guarantee successful growth after planting, but please let us know about any disappointments you experience. We may be able to recommend a solution.
When You Receive the Plants
Count your pots and inspect for major damage while the driver is present. Please unpack and examine plants immediately upon arrival. Check for errors right away and contact us immediately if you have received the wrong quantity or pot size, or if you are dissatisfied with the quality of your shipment. Please check the roots of dormant plants for health and vigor.
