Clusters of purple flowers are borne in abundance in early spring atop the low lush green foliage of this hardy evergreen groundcover and it's short stature allows it to fill in beneath and around larger plants. Sherwood Purple is one of the more vigorous selections of Creeping Phlox quickly filling in around other perennials and beneath shrubs. An excellent choice for deciduous shade or partially shaded areas with average moisture. Phlox are great for butterflies!
To start out, the leaves emerge brilliant white. Then over the course of weeks these gradually transform to an attractive green and cream color. Attract lots of attention as it brings brightness to your shade garden. Lavender flowers.
Proven Winner. 'Tiny Wine' is extra compact and dwarf with bronze-maroon leaves all summer long. The flower show is exceptional with pink blooms up and down the stems in late spring. This selection is our smallest dark leafed Ninebark yet!
