Standing Policy

Green Value Nursery will accept only cash, MasterCard, VISA, DiscoverCard and C.O.D., until credit has been established. Our Credit Application form is available online.

Open Charge Account

Net 30 days to those with established accounts, otherwise cash, MasterCard, VISA, DiscoverCard and C.O.D. Accounts are opened after credit applications have been processed and approved. Please alllow up to 10 days for processing credit applications.

Past Due Accounts

A 1.5% service charge will be assessed each month the account carries an outstanding balance. Charging privileges will be suspended until the account balance is paid in full. Green Value Nursery has the right to lien the property our materials were delivered to if the purchaserÌs account is 60 days past due.

Restocking Charges

There is a 20% handling charge on any accepted returns. Green Value Nursery will determine if the returns are in acceptable condition.

Prices and Availability

Prices and availability of nursery stock listed are based on present market conditions and are subject to change without notice.

Sales Tax

If you are a Minnesota customer, please furnish us with a signed Exemption Certificate or we will be obligated to apply sales tax.

Delivery

Zone A: $45.00 -- 1-10 mile radius.
Zone B: $70.00 -- 11-50 mile radius.
Zone C: $90.00 -- 51-80 mile radius (Northfield, Monticello, Ellsworth).
Zone D: $110.00 -- 81-100 mile radius (Mankato, Rochester, St. Cloud).
Zone E: $160.00 -- 101-120 mile radius (Wilmar, Austin, Little Falls).
Zone F: $210.00 -- 121-200 mile radius (Duluth, Brainerd, Redwood Falls).

Out of state deliveries can be made daily upon request. For deliveries beyond 200 miles, please call for freight charges.

To insure timely deliveries and minimize cost, we respectfully request assistance in unloading.

C.O.D. orders will not be dropped without proper payment.

In order to provide quality delivery service to all our customers, we can accept changes to orders or requested delivery date by noon, two business days prior to the scheduled delivery date.

Will Call Orders

For customers who prefer to pickup their orders we request a 24-hour notice. When picking up a load, be sure to bring tarps or suitable covering to protect the plants. Even a short trip without proper cover can kill nursery stock.
