Upright blue-grey foliage that begins taking on a burgundy-red hue as early as midsummer. Color intensifies as the season progresses. As close as you can get to purple fountain grass and still be hardy.
A very tight branching, compact Red Twigged Dogwood, with slender, deep green leaves tinged with red which turn crimson red in the fall. Clusters of white flowers bloom in mid spring and small blue fruits ripen mid to late fall.
